Manifesting…

God is saying ‘Write your own story.”

Hope you all had a blessed weekend. Time is seriously moving; I pray you all are still on track with accomplishing your 2016 goals.

Over the past weekend, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said “Write your own story.” This prophesy was so quick and powerful for me, and it was the conclusion I have been waiting for this month. I don’t have to wait for things to just work out for me. I’ve come to the knowledge of what God has planned for me; now I just have to go and make it happen. My pastor has been teaching us about manifestation; No longer waiting for something to happen; but, in fact, creation awaits our manifestation.

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. [Romans 8:19]

Creation eagerly awaits for the sons and daughters of God to manifest. We’ve been held in bondage to depravity, but it is indeed time that we decide to move. God doesn’t fill mouths that are closed, or hearts that are shut away from Him. However, opening our mouths and hearts require us to ACT. Manifestation doesn’t happen without our permission. If you avail yourself, you will be used as His vessel. In this season, I just want to be available. I believe that I will manifest, and I believe my confession is half of the solution.

This is the year of claiming our unclaimed inheritance. The Word of God (Holy Bible) is a 1,281 page will from our Father. It is the most expensive will ever written. In it are unlimited inheritances for all who have the faith to believe that it belongs to them. But we HAVE to READ the will in order to know what we’re entitled to. If, God forbid, our earthly parents died and left us a will, would we throw it aside, disregarding what was left or passed down to us? Heavens no! So why is it that we do this with the Bible. It’s the reason Hosea 4:6 says My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. We lack the knowledge of the Word of God.

Our ignorance of the Word of God is also the reason we pray useless prayers. We request and plead to the Father to do certain things in our lives that He has already done for us. We beg for certain inheritances that already belong to us. My spiritual father always says that we don’t beg for our inheritance, we demand for it! This is why I don’t request for God to make me healthy and sickness free. Rather, I remind Him that Jesus already died and borne both my sins and sickness. Nevertheless, His will be done, not mine. The bible says in Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Another version of the Bible says Surely he hath borne our infirmities and carried our sorrows: and we have thought him as it were a leper, and as one struck by God and afflicted.

In this season, I’m praying for the wisdom of God to help me be a woman of direction. Founder of Lighthouse Chapel, Dag Heward- Mills says in his book, Woman, You Can Make It, that a woman of direction prays and works diligently to leave a legacy for her seed. I’m breaking the generational limitations in my family. I will leave a legacy for my future babies, and my babies’ babies. Lol.

Let the Lord direct your path. Read and study His Word then go forth and write your own story.

 God Bless You.
