For the first time since I purchased the iPhone 5s back in November, I used the panoramic setting on the camera. Below is a pic I took on the PATH train. (Don’t be confursed this isn’t an MTA train during rush hour.) Why didn’t anyone inform me on this secret? Haha
It’s Fridayyyyy! I wore this Madewell Denim Shirt, Levi Jeans, and Aldo Booties that are on sale now! I’d recommend them if they were comfortable but they’re not, sooooo it’s up to you! They run small so get 1/2- a size up from your normal size. There’s a very weird 1 inch platform on the bottom of the sole. Does anyone know if a cobbler could detach the platform without destroying the shoe? I think that’ll be the solution to these very uncomfortable booties.
Howdie! Today I wore my Talbots dress with my favorite Gold H&M blazer (similar here), that came with a brown skinny belt. Can you believe it was only $20? The pearls are from J. Crew, tights are H&M, and shoes are Ivanka Trump. What I love about these shoes are the leather soles, oxblood color, and gold emblem on the back (pictured above). Oxblood shoes are very polished and can add class to your look. If you haven’t noticed by now, most of my work clothes are from Talbots. Talbots can be quite expensive but their outlets are so affordable. Enjoy the rest of your week.
We made it Hump Day, huh? Hump Day sounds so weird to me lol! NYC is getting snow, again… Whatever.
Heading in to work, I wore these really old over-the-knee Nine West, wedged fur boots with my I.N.C. Shearling Coat. My hat is from Forever 21 and the grey bag is from Zara. I’m sure you’re not interested in my laptop briefcase but if you are, it’s made by Targus. My long cardigan is Michael Kors, dress is from Talbots and shoes are from Primark (bought in London).
I will try to post “What I Wore to Work” every weekday! It seems like you guys like it!
Howdie. Orange and blue always look amazing together. In my opinion, at least. I wore this really old Rugby Ralph Lauren sweater/jumper with an old Talbots pinstriped, short-sleeve button down blouse. My pants are from the Loft and my shoes are from Ross Department Store. These are my official work heels as they never leave the office. As much as I would love to wear my other heels to work, I can’t bother to carry them in another bag and the commute is way to strenuous and dangerous. Yes I said dangerous- commuting daily in NYC during rush hour means risking your life and/or sanity.
Thinking of restyling this look for outside of work purposes. What do you think?
Jacket: H&M // Blazer: Vintage // Turtleneck: Talbots // Boyfriend Jeans: H&M // Shoes: Lanvin // Bag: Louis Vuittion // Glasses: Betsey Johnson// Scarf: Hugo Boss // Belt: Louis Vuitton
Howdie! Here’s what I wore to a quick trip to Macy’s at Herald Square. I had to pick up a gift for Grandad (really my daddy but he’s so old I call him Grandad lol). I decided to create a vintage, yet modern look by pairing this vintage blazer with padded shoulders with my vintage Lanvin heels. I actually got many compliments about these heels. Weird because I thought they were ugly when I bought them. So appropriate of me, as I tend to buy a lot of ugly pieces and make them look cool.
