#MyVegasStyle- Dinner at Javier’s

Dinner at Javier's

Last week, I was contacted by the Content Director of Vegas.com to curate outfit ideas for those that will be traveling to the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas this summer! Should you decide to visit the extravagant and upscale Javier’s restaurant for dinner, above is an outfit idea that’ll be an eye-catcher but so venue appropriate!  Pair a floral pencil skirt with a slim -fitted orange cropped top from Topshop. To compliment the pastel detailing in the skirt, add these gorgeous and very stylish pastel pumps from Aldo. Complete the look with statement earrings, a Michele watch, cat eye sunnies, and a classic double- flap Chanel bag! I also found a less expensive bag at Tory Burch that’ll go with this look!

Stay tuned for other #MyVegasStyle outfits this week!

In today’s episode of parking lot fashion… Ok Aunties & Uncles, I am really sorry for the car background but I gotta work with what I got! Haha… Trust me, it’ll get better 🙂 I took George (my mummy) to the mall and swindled her to some shooting time. Loving this mint cropped knit from Zara that I scored for $17!!! My necklace was on sale for $20 and it was buy one get on free! The jeans are oldies but I remixed it by creating some knee rips with scissors. And these pastel pumps are a new fave from Aldo! Love to All!

Who knew I would become a denim lover? I used to hate jeans! But now I’m such an advocate! This look is all about wardrobe staples. I mean let’s just be quite honest! Nothing spectacular about this look; however, when you throw on mirrored shades and gold pumps, you suddenly look fashion forward! The next time you go jeans shopping, pick up some distressed boyfriends! You can be sure they’ll make all your outfits look like you just missed the runway 🙂

Happy Mother’s Day to all my fellow mothers. Yes I am the mother to my son, Urkle Jones (turtle). Although today is scorching outside, I still decided to wear this tweed jacket I bought from H&M two years ago for $7. Actually, every article I have on today is less than $30. It’s not what you wear but how you wear it!

In case you haven’t bought Mum a gift yet, here are some ideas!

1. Prada Candy Gift Set – One of my fave fragrances of all time; from the packaging to the smell. If she likes sweet, rich smells, she’ll enjoy this gift.

2. Nike Dual Fusions– My fave trainers of all time! Fashionable & perfect for those with high arches. Encourage her to get back in shape or to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

3. Macy’s Gift Card– some are just difficult to figure out! Not quite sure what she’d like? Play it safe with a gift card!

4. Michael Kors Watch– a timeless piece always says ‘I Love You.’ She’ll love how fashionable and chic this pink face compliments her look.

5. Gap Trench– Trench coats are wardrobe staples for the spring season!

6. Kate Spade– upgrade her wardrobe with this leather beauty!

7. Tod’s Loafers– She may have enough heels so add some comfort to her wardrobe with these stylish loafers.

8. Tiffany & Co. Necklace– A bracelet from Tiffany always reminds us that we’re loved.

9. Kate Spade Clutch– ON SALE!!!! Is she fashion forward? She’ll love this affordable trendy clutch!

10. Spa Gift Certificate– Because all mothers should be reminded that we noticed how hard they work!

I hope you enjoy your Mother’s Day! Remember that material things come and go. Many mommys just want to feel loved and appreciated! Instead of gifts, help around the house! Do the cooking and cleaning! Pick fresh flowers from your garden! You can even give her a homemade card made out of supplies like you used to in grade school! Even if you don’t have a mother, bless someone else’s mother!
